Tierra Antigua features a limited collection of 23architect-designed homes set across forty-four acres, with more than half ofthe land preserved as open space.

Arete Homes of Santa Fe, a respected New Mexicobuilder known for quality construction and refined craftsmanship.
Who designed the homes?
Daniel Martinez and Louis Martinez of Five Ten Architecture, an award-winning New Mexico firm recognized for blending contemporary design with the region’s architectural heritage and Rajah Bose of studioBOSE a local Santa Fe architecture firm known for its focus on sustainable design.

Custom Homes – Both Five-Ten and studioBOSE can work with you to develop a custom design, or you can work with your own architect.
What size are the homes?
Pre-approved home plans range from approximately2,400 to over 2,800 square feet, depending on the design. However, custom homes can be 3,000 square feet or more
Are the homes single-level?
Yes. Every plan is designed for single-level living, taking full advantage of views and sunlight. Two story homes are not permitted.
Can I customize my home?
Buyers may have options depending on the stage of construction. This may include finishes, optional spaces, or enhancements noted in the architectural plans. For any pre-sold homes, buyers may select all finishes and colors. Each finish category (e.g. cabinets, plumbing fixtures, flooring, doors, stucco color, etc.) will include an allowance, and Arete’s in-house design team will guide buyers through the selection process.
Can I build my home with my own architect andbuilder?
Of course you can work with your own architect and builder, the Tierra Antigua team can provide your architect and builder with all architectural requirements
Are the lots included in the listed home price?
No. Pricing shown in the plan documents reflects the home itself. Lot prices are separate and vary by location within the community.
Are there HOA fees?
Yes. A $167 per month HOA fee supports maintenance of preserved open space, trails, and community infrastructure.
Is short-term renting allowed?
Tierra Antigua is intended for those who value a residential community environment. Short-term rentals are not permitted.
What utilities serve the community?
Each lot is ready to connect to all major utilities, including gas, electric, water, sewer, and highspeed internet.
How far is Tierra Antigua from downtown SantaFe?
The Santa Fe Plaza is a short drive away, offering dining, galleries, museums, and historic landmarks.
What amenities are nearby?
The Club at Las Campanas, trail networks, golf, equestrian facilities, fine dining, and Santa Fe’s cultural attractions are all within easy reach
